FIRE AND GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 

IF YOU DISCOVER A FIRE:

 

• If safe to do so, vacate the room ensuring the door is shut behind you. Do not stop to collect personal belongings. Remain calm and alert others around you.
• Raise the alarm by alerting a member of staff or activating the nearest call point.
• Leave the building by the nearest available Exit. The assembly point is:

                       - for Meltemi Village, at the entrance of the hotel
                       - for Meltemi Suites, at the entrance of the hotel
                       - for Atlantis Beach, next to the pool area

• Never re-enter the building until authorized to do so.

 

IF YOUR ESCAPE ROUTE IS CUT OFF:

• Close the doors, place damp towels / clothes around the doors and attract attention from a window.

 

GENERAL SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

 

• Please make sure when you leave the apartment that all doors are locked behind you.
• We strongly recommend that you hire out a safety deposit box from our reception. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any valuables left in the room.
• Always check the pool markings before entering the pool and adhere to the pool rules and regulations.
• Observe the “No diving” signs around the pool area.
• Do not smoke in bed and in the room.
• Make sure all cigarette ends are safely extinguished before leaving the room or retiring at night.
